Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

We understand that choosing the right learning path comes with many questions. That’s why we’ve gathered some of the most common ones here to guide you. From enrollment to learning support, you’ll find clear answers that make your journey with us simple and stress-free.

How often are the lessons or support sessions provided each week?

To ensure your child is thoroughly prepared, we provide 6 hours of one-on-one tuition per week, covering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. We also offer Computer Science and Coding. Additionally, some families have requested optional enrichment in Yoruba Language and Culture, which we are happy to provide.

Are the sessions one-on-one or delivered in a group format?

Each child receives 6 hours of personalised one-on-one lessons. In addition, we run group masterclasses focused on exam techniques and full-marks strategies, which benefit all students collectively.

How do you tailor your teaching to meet each child’s individual needs or learning styles?

We align our teaching with your child’s school curriculum. This ensures relevance, consistency, and strong academic reinforcement, while personalising pace and delivery style based on each student’s learning needs.

Will I receive regular updates or progress reports? If yes, how often and in what format?

Yes, we provide weekly updates, both verbally and in writing, so you can track your child’s development and stay fully informed.

Could you please share an example of a typical progress report or feedback form?

While the full report structure is too detailed to share via WhatsApp, rest assured you will have daily access to our tutors. They are approachable, professional, and passionate about helping your child succeed.

What strategies do you use to keep children motivated, especially during online sessions?

We use interactive quizzes, regular challenges, and a mix of tutor-student dialogue to keep energy levels high. Our sessions are designed to be dynamic, engaging, and far from boring—because we know that motivation fuels memory.

If my child struggles with a particular subject, how is that addressed?

We operate on a “Until Your Child Gets It” policy. That means we’ll gladly provide extra support and time at no extra cost to ensure your child fully grasps any difficult topic.

Do you offer any trial sessions or short-term plans before committing to a longer-term package?

Yes, we do offer trial sessions and short-term packages so you can experience the quality of our programme before committing fully.

Who delivers the lessons—are they qualified teachers or trained tutors?

Our lessons are delivered by qualified teachers and examiners, specially trained to achieve top grades (8/9 and A). We aim for excellence and have a strong track record of high performance.

What platform or tools do you use for the sessions, and will my child need to install anything?

We use Zoom, which is reliable and easy to access. No downloads or special installations are required—just a stable internet connection and a device.
